Entering the Endgame

Maria Roldan, News Reporter

Avengers: Endgame is one of the most anticipated films of 2019 and will be the conclusion of the Marvel Comics Universe in its current state.

Many fans can’t wait to see what they do with this one, and I’m sure Marvel fans agree with me.
So far, the marketing campaign for Endgame is by far my favorite for any Marvel film, and it makes me the most hyped I’ve ever been for an Avengers film. There’s only been a few trailers released but each line in the trailer has landed perfectly. For me personally, the trailers struck an emotional chord.

The teaser in itself is so mysterious and I think Marvel did such a great job. Most teasers just give you action packed scenes to make you excited and yes it works, but compared to this teaser trailer it blows my mind. It was basically dialogue with some really cool shots with little to no action scenes and that just makes you anticipate seeing the movie even more.

I was ecstatic to see the movie. I truly believe it is going to be the defining movie of the decade. After Avengers: Infinity War, our beloved heroes were left in a lackluster state to say the least.

Now, a year later we finally get answers as to what happens after the big snap by villain Thanos. As the last installment of the Marvel Comics Universe, this might be the last time we see these characters together and it’s a bittersweet feeling, but I’m excited to see how they wrap this story up. I’m looking forward to experiencing this part of this journey and I can’t wait to see all you Marvel fans in theaters with me April 26th.
